The Transportation of Dangerous goods (TDG) regulations require that, with few exceptions, every person engaged in the handling, offering for transport or transporting of dangerous goods be trained in the area of handling such goods.

TDG course helps the student to understand the basics of the legislation, history, the act and the regulations, and defined legislated responsibilities. TDG training assists employers in complying with the training requirements of The Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act as well as instructing participants in accordance with the requirements of the legislation handling, transporting, or shipping dangerous goods.

TDG course will help you to identify the Classification System, nine classes of dangerous goods and their associated hazards. Learn the shipping names, classes, UN Number and packing groups for dangerous goods encountered on the job. Understand the information required on the shipping document. Understand the requirements regarding mixed loads, segregation of dangerous goods, and choosing the proper means of containment. Moreover, learn the proper use of all equipment that is used in the handling, offering for transport and or transportation of dangerous goods.

This course is a PDF based flash course with an online final.


Quizzes - All quizzes must be passed with a 70% to proceed forward to the next lesson.
Final Exam- Final Exam must be passed with a 70% to pass the course. The final exam can be taken three times if necessary.
