Rob’s passion, has consistently demonstrated a real talent for instruction. His commanding leadership style along with providing entertainment for his students creates a mindset for real learning and comprehension of his subject.
Rob Siemens qualifications include a multi-faceted background in operations, manufacturing, sales and administration. Rob has acquired more than 20 years experience as president and owner of a Multi Million Dollar Manufacturing and Service company, his skills and ability to supervise and administer business related issues along with solving diversified problem allows for interesting dissertation. Rob’s experience includes all areas critical to general management and is recognized as an expert in his field, lending instruction and training, even to his competitors.
In addition to holding his structural engineering position and senior instructor, Rob Siemens is also a MIOSHA partner, on the South Eastern Ohio Safety Council and is certified by the State of Ohio as a Trainer. Rob Siemens leads the only Crane Instruction program in the State of Ohio that has multiple approval privileges for issuing CEC’S for the DEQ for the State of Ohio. OSHA Related Laws in Ohio
OSHA Training not Mandatory in Ohio
There are currently no laws mandating OSHA Training in Ohio, however some employers, unions, and the state of Ohio may require you to take OSHA 10 or 30 hour training as a prerequisite for work on public worksites. We generally recommend that all workers on a public job site have a minimum of 10 hours of safety training relevant to their industry.
